On Wednesday, while Amanda and I were up at Camp Keola, Grandpa and Joel took David to his first movie at a theater! They went to see Cars 2! David loves the first movie Cars so was excited to go see it on "the big screen." David got to ride in Grandpa's car...
Then they walked up to the theater...Big David and Little David..aren't they cute?
Got their tickets...

David said he liked the movie. Grandpa said it was a little loud (that is saying alot for him...he LIKES his movies LOUD) and that David squirmed a little bit, but he sat through the whole movie. I think it was a good "first theater" experience. Grandpa loves the movies and had fun sharing one with David.
Maybe Puss in Boots will be David's next movie. Thanks Grandpa and Joel for sharing a fun "first" with David and taking such good care of him while we were at girls camp!!
