A fun saying we have learned since we moved to Utah is, "If you don't like the weather, wait 10 minutes." Sometimes it is so true! We have had some interesting weather the past few days. I came out of the church building on Relief Society night to run home and get something, there was a BEAUTIFUL DOUBLE RAINBOW! And you could see the whole thing from end to end! I couldn't fit it all in the camera shot! It was GORGEOUS! Then on another day, we had just come home from school and all of sudden it was hailing! Lots of hail! The boys ran out with their umbrellas. It was basically a warm day so that caught us off guard! It would stop for a bit, and then it would start hailing again. Crazy! Then another evening we went to the Scera Outdoor Theater (Dave, me and our cousin Jeanine Taylor) and it was a warm night but we always watch the sky. Only once have we gotten a little bit of sprinkles at one of these outdoor performances. But several times we have seen lightning in the distance and wondered what might happen. Another time it was quite windy, which made it interesting for the performers. And one time we even got quite cool and were glad we had jackets with us! This night was just right. We enjoy taking Jeanine with us. We load up her "jazzy" and she rides it into the park and sits on it for her chair. We bring folding chairs. I made chicken salad sandwiches for us to eat while we waited for the play. Jeanine gave Dave money and made him go to the concession stand and buy us ice cream during intermission. We saw "South Pacific" which I have never seen. It was a fun night! I am quite fond of our Utah weather even with all of it's quick changes.
